This introductory course provides a comprehensive overview of Copilot for Sales, Microsoft's AI-powered sales assistant. You will learn how Copilot can revolutionize your sales process by automating tasks, providing insights, and streamlining communication. Through hands-on exercises and real-world scenarios, learners will learn to effectively utilize Copilot for email drafting, meeting management, content creation, and knowledge retrieval, ultimately enhancing productivity and driving sales growth.

Required Course Materials: A Copilot license is required to complete this course. If you don’t have a Microsoft 365 Personal or Family license, you can start a free 30-day trial using the link provided in the course.

In this module, you’ll get hands-on with Microsoft Copilot for Sales and see how it fits into a seller’s day-to-day workflow. You’ll learn how to get started and set up Copilot, then explore practical use cases like drafting sales emails, capturing and summarizing meeting notes in Teams, and pulling contextual insights from Dynamics 365. While thus course is very informative, there is ALOT of filler content and could be simplified
