You’ll learn to apply proven frameworks, question design techniques, and bias-reduction strategies to make confident, consistent hiring decisions. Through videos, interactive tools, and real-world scenarios, you’ll practice building interview guides, evaluating candidate responses, and applying behavioral methods like STAR and CAR.

In Module 1: Foundations of Effective Interviewing, you’ll explore interview types, deconstruct job descriptions, and design competency-based behavioral and situational questions.
