This course invites learners to explore academic research through the lens of self-discovery and personal development. Beginning with an examination of individual interests, talents, and goals, students will engage in reflective exercises and self-assessment tools such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and CliftonStrengths. Through these assessments, learners will gain insight into their personality traits and strengths, critically evaluate how these characteristics influence academic and career choices, and explore the relevance of personal attributes in research contexts.
