This module covers essential quality improvement tools that help organizations identify, prioritize, and solve problems. Students will learn to use Pareto charts, Ishikawa diagrams, run charts, scatter plots, and creative methods like brainstorming and histograms to enhance process outcomes.

This module explores the Six Sigma methodology, its hierarchy of experts, and the DMAIC and DMADV processes. Learners will understand Six Sigma’s role in reducing variation, achieving near-zero defects, and overcoming challenges. Benchmarking and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) are also introduced to support continuous improvement.

This module examines advanced systems and approaches for achieving sustained quality excellence. Learners will gain hands-on knowledge of Quality Function Deployment (QFD), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Kaizen practices, Lean principles, Poka-Yoke, and Quality Circles to build robust and error-proof processes.
