In this course, we’ll be looking at leadership through the lens of psychological health and safety, which means we’ll be diving into the real workplace factors that shape well-being—things like stress, burnout, inclusion, communication, and conflict resolution.
We start by laying the foundation of strong leadership—what makes an effective leader, how your leadership style impacts your team, and how you can build trust, engagement, and accountability in your workplace. We’ll also focus on employee mental health—how to recognize when someone on your team may be struggling, how to support them effectively, and how to ensure that mental health conversations are handled in a way that reduces stigma and fosters trust.
