This course provides practical strategies to boost productivity, improve communication, and foster collaboration in virtual teams. Over four modules, learners will explore ways to reduce task duplication, engage team members in virtual meetings, master digital communication best practices, and leverage various digital tools to create a highly productive and engaged remote team. As the final course of the Remote Leadership for Managers specialization, learners will also evaluate real-world scenarios and implement the remote leadership strategies taught through all three courses.
