In this module, you will focus on the Scrum framework for Agile project management, specifically on how work is executed, how progress is monitored, and how projects end. The lessons begin with a description of the Scrum process after the team has selected the sprint backlog and has started development of the user stories contained in that sprint backlog. You will examine the pros and cons of the Scrum and waterfall approaches and discuss an alternative—the hybrid approach to project management. At the end of the module, you will learn how to apply artificial intelligence—especially chatbots—to support project managers during the project execution and control phases.
