The course begins with the foundations of project management, helping learners understand projects, operations, programs, portfolios, PMO roles, organizational structures, process groups, and knowledge areas. Learners will also explore how project environments, constraints, Organizational Process Assets, and Enterprise Environmental Factors influence project decisions. As the course progresses, learners focus on stakeholder engagement strategies, including stakeholder identification, analysis, engagement planning, expectation management, and monitoring. Procurement modules introduce procurement planning, contract types, agreements, conducting procurement, and procurement control practices.
