There are 2 modules in this course

In this course, you'll continue developing your project management skills by creating a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), creating a project schedule, and determining project costs.

This is the second course in a multi-course Specialization. All of the courses in this Specialization require that you have a recent version of Microsoft Word and Excel installed in order to open the course data files. The course setup instructions provided in the first course go into more detail about the hardware and software requirements.

You initiated a project and identified the skills required to perform the project tasks. Now that you have a solid foundation to start the project, you need to plan for its successful completion. In this lesson, you will plan for the project time and cost in a Predictive project. The ability to deliver projects on time and within budget is the cornerstone of good project management. By identifying the methods of creating accurate duration, resources, and cost estimates that will guide your projects, you can meet the expectations and deliver the desired results.
