Welcome to The Hunt! Whether you are launching your career, shifting direction, or actively seeking to advance, this course is structured to help you take ownership of your job search, and navigate it with purpose, clarity and confidence. Over six modules, and through tailored opportunities for self-reflection, we will connect your head and your heart, empower you to articulate your impact statement, and help you move forward intentionally and strategically to land your next role. Because – as you know – it's not just about finding any job, but finding the best role for who you are now, and who you are becoming. In Module 1, Peter Boyd (Yale Lecturer and Founder of Time4Good) will set the stage for the tools and frameworks in The Hunt that can help you articulate your unique purpose, sharpen your personal pitch, and refine your tactics for outreach, networking, and landing the job. You will map out your spheres of control, influence and concern to anchor yourself in the context of your career journey, and brainstorm impactful actions to move forward. This module also briefly outlines Peter's career journey, and provides an important glimpse of the frameworks, resources and tools that are central to The Hunt – including the 3 levels, 2 triangles, and 1 square – and the personalized Hunt Dashboard that tracks your progress and actions. The module concludes with testimonials from Yale alumni all over the world who have used these tools to land their dream jobs. Let's get started!
