- Return my ports back to the pool. I was unable to make any fixes to
 my ports in the past 3 weeks while ports were broken on any 10.x
 machines, which means I'm unable to maintain them. So let people know
 that there's no available support for them until things are back to
 normal (which also means that anyone with spare time will be able
 to fix them without getting approval).

With portmgr hat on, reset maintainership of knu's ports since he has
been inactive more than 6 months. We hope to see him back sometime.

Resurrect ruby-musicbrainz, updated to 0.2.0.

As previously announced, remove ruby-musicbrainz. The contents of the
distfile have never been updated to reflect the latest libmusicbrainz.

Set an expiry date of 2004-08-20 for these BROKEN/IGNORE/FORBIDDEN
ports. They will be removed on or after that date if they are still
broken and no fix has been submitted to GNATS.

Add SIZE data.
