Not only do these two ports have newer versions in the tree
(textproc/libvisio01 and textproc/libe-book, respectively), but they were
failing to build with the upcoming Boost 1.60.

Mark deprecated and set expiration. editors/calligra was the last user and
it was updated to 2.9.10 (r404140). It depends on textproc/libvisio01 now.
