Bihar Engineering College Lateral Entry Admission Experience (BCECE LE)

The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) conducts the BCECE (Lateral Entry) exam for diploma holders who wish to join the second year of B.E./B.Tech programs in engineering colleges across Bihar. This pathway allows students with a 3-year Polytechnic/Diploma to skip the first year of engineering, making it a quicker route to obtaining a B.Tech degree certificate.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have completed a diploma in the relevant branch of engineering/technology with at least 45% marks (40% for reserved categories sc and st).
=>If you are last year in the diploma then eligible for applications.
=>No Age Limit
=>No Branch Restrictions

  1. Online Registration: Candidates need to register on the official BCECEB website.
  2. Application Form: Fill out the application form with personal, educational, and contact details.
  3. Upload Documents: Upload a recent photograph and signature.
  4. Application Fee: The application fee is ₹2200 for all categories
  5. Submission: Submit the application form and take a printout for counselling.
