Hackathon Experience At GL Bajaj Institute

I applied for the hackathon named "GLB HACKATHON 3.0" from the website named "Devfolio" . I have submitted the idea presentation on that site and joined the whatsapp group which notify us about the results and activities. So after a week we get to know that "our team is in". In that hackathon more than 300 teams registered or we can say submitted their idea. Out of which 21 team were selected and we are among one of them. It is one day Hackathon. So hackathon was conducted at Greater Noida and we are from other state. So they provided accomodation from 3-5 May and the facilities over there were very good. hackathon was on 4th of May. There were total 3 rounds.

First Round:-

In first round we worked on the User interface of our idea and presented our idea to jury members. In which they suggested the required changes which are needed to be tackle.

Second Round:-

In second round we worked on frontend of the site or we can say mostly completed the frontend of the site. After that again we have a presentation over our idea and in second round jury members are from the companies like infosys and other companies. They also suggested some improvement needed. And after that we worked on that.

Third Round:

In third round we worked on the backend of our website but unable to complete at that point because of errors . It was a nice experience over their.

Judgment Round:

In judgement round results were announced and we did not win. But we learnt a lot from that.

All the facilities and faculties were good and supportive in nature. So Overall experience over their was good.
