When I first entered the realm of technology as a B.Tech student at VSB College of Engineering Technical Campus, I could not have imagined how transformative the journey would be. It has been a path filled with learning, challenges, and milestones that have shaped me into the aspiring backend developer I am today.

The Spark

My passion for technology ignited during my early college days. The vast opportunities in software development inspired me to delve into programming and problem-solving. Participating in expos and symposiums helped me hone both my technical and interpersonal skills, laying the groundwork for a fulfilling journey ahead.

Learning Beyond the Curriculum

While academics provided the foundation, my curiosity drove me to explore beyond the classroom. I delved into technologies like Java, MySQL, ReactJS, and Spring Boot, which became the cornerstones of my skillset.

The journey into backend development truly began when I applied these skills to real-world projects, bringing theoretical knowledge to life.

Hands-On Experience

Medi Sphere: Hospital Management System

One of my most notable projects, Medi Sphere, is a hospital management system designed to streamline operations. This project allowed me to combine:

• ReactJS for the frontend.
• Spring Boot for the backend.
• MySQL for database management.

It was a turning point in my journey, reinforcing my passion for using technology to solve real-world problems.

Tasky: Task Management System

Another highlight was Tasky, a task management system. Using Spring Boot and MySQL, I built a robust solution and honed my API testing skills using tools like RequestBin. These experiences solidified my interest and expertise in backend development.

Internships That Mattered

Internships played a vital role in shaping my career:

1. Pantech Solutions:
   • Explored the fascinating world of IoT, expanding my technical horizons and understanding of interconnected systems.
2. One Data Software Solutions:
   • Gained practical knowledge in Python development, which deepened my understanding of backend systems and their applications.

These internships not only enriched my technical skills but also instilled confidence in my abilities to contribute effectively to real-world projects.

Overcoming Challenges

Like any journey, mine was not without its hurdles. Balancing academics, internships, and personal projects demanded immense dedication and time management. There were moments of self-doubt, but the unwavering support of close friends and my determination to succeed kept me going.

A Milestone Achievement

The biggest milestone of my career so far has been receiving an offer from Capgemini as an A4 Analyst. With a competitive package and exciting opportunities ahead, this role signifies the beginning of a promising professional journey.
