The titles aim to convey the idea that failure is not the end, but rather a part of the learning process and a step towards future success. As every PCM Student, I also had a dream of going into IITs and NITs, and every time I used to say that " IIT ke neeche ke college mein toh jaana hi nahi hai ".
During my JEE preparation, I had prepared like anything to crack the exam. I had taken coaching from ALLEN KOTA. The classes were in Online Mode as the COVID-19 was at its peak. The faculty of ALLEN, no doubt, is very hardworking. The notes that they provided helped a lot and the practice sheets contained a lot many questions. I remember they contain exercises named O1, O2, S1, S2 etc which are divided based on the difficulty level of the questions. Whenever any doubt arises in my mind, I immediately put it in the doubt section and the faculty responds to it as soon as possible. For better understanding and to solve more questions, there are many books I referred to like Concept of Physics by HC Verma, Irodov, 20 Years Chapter-wise JEE MAIN Solved Papers by Disha Experts, Solomon, Physics Galaxy, and many more.
This doubt clearance session helps a lot in building of the logic because every student in the batch discusses their approach in solving the problem. In this way you get to know more deeply about the problem and various other approaches get remembered in the mind. I should say that every JEE aspirant must focus on mainly two subjects: Chemistry and Maths, because Chemistry contains so many things to learn like exceptions, reactions, etc and the Mathematics part contains a lot many approaches and formulae. Don't try to cover the whole JEE syllabus rather whatever you have learned just try to revise it properly and if you are capable enough to complete the whole syllabus then go ahead for the same.
There are two categories of question patterns: objective and subjective. The objective questions should be done properly as there is a negative marking of -1 marks, if the answer is wrong and if the answer is correct you would be awarded a positive of 4 marks. I got panic because the questions were so prepared in a way that if the practice of questions and the concepts were not studied properly there might be a chance that the answer could be wrong. But I try to be self-motivated and try to remember the concepts.
The exam environment is like everybody is so stressed. But in such a scenario don't lose patience. try to be calm and patient. The concepts and practice of the questions, no doubt, are very important but if anybody has even covered half of the exam syllabus and he is patient enough to tackle the exam stress then more than the half journey is completed to get a seat into a better college.
These all strategies helped me clearing the exam and getting into the best colleges of India and I suggest to atleast these things and see the magic in your marks.
Do whatever you can to achieve this goal that you wanted to see yourself in the IIT's or NIT's at any cost. Even if you get failed by some number of marks in this exam, don't feel that all your learning and hardwork gets wasted. Because learning is a continuous process and life teaches it to everyone. Rather take it as stepping stone and wherever you give do your 100%.
Lastly Focus on your goal like " Arjuna "and keep working hard to achieve it :)
