To be eligible for the Uber She++ India Fellowship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Year of Study: This fellowship's main targets are women, people with disabilities, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. This curriculum is designed for students in their third year of a five-year degree or second year of a four-year program. The program is open to students enrolled in any branch of an approved university.
Academic Performance: There are no strict criteria for CGPA. However, having a strong academic record may help you get shortlisted for the program. Working on a few projects can have a good impact and may help you get shortlisted.
Relevant Courses: Female, disabled individual and LGBTQ+ students from all branches pursuing B.Tech, Masters or Integrated dual degree programs are eligible to apply for the program

The selection process for the Uber She++ India Fellowship is rigorous and involves multiple stages:
After submitting the application, candidates undergo an initial screening based on their academic performance, relevant experience, and overall profile.
Shortlisted students will have to clear an online screening test. It is a coding test, the duration is 1 hour and 30 minutes during which you have to solve four questions of varying difficulty. The questions are related to coding general CS fundamentals and DSA.
No technical interview is conducted for the She++ program.
Those selected for the Uber She++ program can appear for a hiring manager interview for the Uber STAR internship program.
Timeline: It is a 2-day professional conference aimed at providing women and underrepresented communities with the opportunity to network with professionals and learn from them. Through this event, participants get a chance to apply for the Uber STAR internship program.
There is no stipend for the She++ program. She++ participants get an opportunity to appear directly for a hiring manager interview for the Uber STAR internship program. If selected, they can get a stipend of up to INR 1,00,000 per month.
