FIITJEE(Forum for IIT-JEE and more) is a famous institution in teaching students who would like to pass the exams from competitive engineering including JEE Main and JEE Advanced,as well as national Olympiads like NTSE and KVPY. Being present in all states of India and known for its quality in teaching, ambitious learners flock to FIITJEE.
It was in the 9th standard that I became a part of FIITJEE and registered for their all-inclusive course that dealt with all the subjects required for JEEs, among them Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, etc.They also focused to participate in the Olympiads – NTSE, KVPY one needed good knowledge of Biology, Mental Ability, and Social Studies as well.
One thing that really stands out in the way FIITJEE operates is how much they focus on doubt solving sessions. They used to give personal guidance to students in my early years, that is from class 9 to class 10, where learners would feel free to ask any question they had through one on one conversations with their teachers. This was very significant since it helped me get a good grasp of most ideas discussed.
FIITJEE's curriculum was structured so it started with very simple ideas before developing onto harder ones; with all this being done through successive levels that go through complexities.Establish basics well enough early before getting into hard stuff,laying a solid groundwork for the challenging course materials which followed in the later stages .
During early years at FIIT JEE there was good mentoring and personalized care. However, this kind of treatment changed significantly after the 10th grade. There were not as many doubt-solving sessions anymore and students scarcely ever talked with teachers one on one. But the teachers were there to teach and help students less seriously, while remaining approachable.
On one hand, the institute is really good at giving students a robust foundation upon which they can construct their knowledge while on the other hand it also makes scholars ready for all exams which include JEE, NEET, GATE among others by offering them an organized learning environment. Nonetheless, the deficiency came along when there was inadequate instructor-to-student communication during some periods.
The early years in FIITJEE were amazing, doubt clearance and 1:1 learner-educator relationship being central. Due to this mode of operation, I was able to acquire clear concepts as well as clarify misconceptions where present. Moreover, since all areas were covered under their syllabus there was no need for me to undertake any extra private coaching outside schoolwork because their modules are furnished with every critical subject matter.
Following the change in perspective after grade 10, I was able to tackle all the competititve exams and Olympiad challenges because FIITJEE helped me acquire the skills I needed together with the right attitude. In getting ready for exams, the various questions in stock at the institution, mock tests and even a review of previous examinations has been helpful.
In summary, while it offered a unique and unmatched learning experience in the initial years, the later part focused on preparing for examinations with more time spent on practice and less personalized attention than before. Nevertheless, the commitment of FIITJEE to quality education, its streamlined processes as well as the varied course options that cater for everyone have helped me a lot with my studies and getting ready for future obstacles.
