Accenture Interview Experience for Packaged App Development Associate

My Accenture interview was conducted recently. The process of hiring was-

• Cognitive and Technical Assessment
• Coding Round
• Interview
• HR round

I got email about interview scheduling one day prior to the interview date.I revised OOPS concepts, DBMS concepts, DSA and my projects thoroughly.

When the interview started, the interviewer introduced herself.She was very friendly and calm.Then she asked about myself.I gave her a detailed introduction.After this, she asked about my project.What was it, which technologies I used.Next questions were behavioural, that are as follows-

What were the challenges you faced during project building and how you managed them?

What is your biggest failure?

Describe a situation where you changed a mistake into an opportunity.

After these questions, she asked whether I have to ask her something or not.And I asked for feedback and company's work culture.

Here are some important tips-

• Revise your project properly.
• Answer all questions with confidence.
• Focus on your communication, as it is the key to excel in this round.
• Prepare some behavioural questions.
• Practice speaking well
