Hello Everyone, If you're preparing for an interview at Accenture, I hope my experience gives you some insights into the process. As a Java Developer with 2 years of experience, I recently interviewed for a Java Developer position at Accenture, and I’d love to share my journey with you.
I applied for the Java Developer position, and on the same evening, I received a call from a recruiter. They asked for my basic details, current CTC, and job expectations, and then sent me an email to select an interview slot for the first round (Virtual Technical Interview).

Outcome: The same evening, I received an email informing me that I was selected for the next round. The next day, the recruiter called and asked me to visit the Hyderabad office for the second round.
When I arrived at the office, they provided me with a laptop to join the interview virtually.
Duration: 30 minutes
Questions Asked:
Outcome: The next day, I received an email confirming my selection and was asked to choose interview slots for the next process.
After selecting the interview slot, I didn’t receive any response. Two days later, I got another email to select a slot again, but there was still no response after selecting it. This happened three times, and despite following up with multiple recruiters, I received no response.
Since my application was already active, I couldn't apply again for another role. After a month, I finally received an email stating that I was not selected and that the position had been closed. When I reached out to the recruiter who initially contacted me, they mentioned that it was not in their control and left it at that.
While the interview process itself was smooth and well-structured, the post-interview communication was quite disorganized and frustrating. The lack of response from the recruitment team made the experience disappointing, as I was left without clarity for an entire month.
Anyway, that was my interview experience, if you're interviewing with Accenture, I hope this helps you navigate the process better.
