I am going to share my interview experience for this company with you to help you to qualify as well.

Where I Applied: I applied online and I got a call from the company.

Venue: Online

Selection Process:

Round 1: Aptitude Test

Round 2: Group Discussion

Round 3: HR Discussion

Round 1-Initial Screening Test:

1. This is an online Aptitude test that assesses your skills and knowledge.

2. The test typically includes multiple-choice questions or problem-solving exercises.

3. The test is designed to filter out candidates who do not clear the minimum cut off for requirements for the role.

Assessment Criteria:

1. Arithmetic operations

2.Logical reasoning and analytical thinking

3. Ability to work under pressure

4.Attention to detail

5. Ability to understand and interpret data

Format:

1. Multiple-choice questions (MCQs)

2.Time-bound (typically 60 minutes)

3.60 questions they ask each question carries one minute

4.May include a mix of easy, medium, and difficult questions

Types of Questions:

1. Numerical Reasoning: Questions on basic arithmetic operations, algebra, geometry, and data interpretation.

2.Verbal Reasoning: Questions on grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, and logical reasoning.

3. Logical Reasoning: Questions on patterns, series, analogies, and logical deductions.

4. Spatial Reasoning: Questions on visualizing and manipulating objects in space.

5.Critical Thinking: Questions that test decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Round 2-Group Discussion:

Process:

1. Introduction: The moderator explains the topic and rules.

2. Discussion: Candidates discuss the topic among themselves.

3. Observation: The moderator observes the discussion, taking notes on participation, communication, and teamwork.

4. Conclusion: The moderator may ask questions or summarize the discussion.

Format:

1.A group of 6-8 candidates

2. A moderator or observer

3. A topic or case study to discuss

4. A time limit (usually 15-30 minutes)

Note: It was very easy to crack this round mainly they observe the way of presentation and how we communicate.

Round 3- HR Discussion:

1. Can you tell me about yourself?

2. Why do you want to work for our company?

3. What are your strengths and weaknesses?

4. How do you handle stress or pressure?

5. Can you describe a challenging situation and how you overcame it?

6. What are your long-term career goals?

Hr was very friendly nature and ask very basic questions.
