Atlassian Interview Experience | Atlassian Women in Tech program

Last Updated : 11 Jan, 2025

I'm a pre-final year student at the National Institute of Technology, Delhi. However, I am not a professional writer, but I’m excited to share my interview experience at Atlassian.

About the Company:

Atlassian is an Australian software company with over 12,000 employees in 13+ countries around the world. It provides several opportunities every year for working professionals and students. I interviewed at Atlassian for an internship.

About the Program:

The Atlassian Women in Tech program is organized by Atlassian every year for women in technical colleges. It provides an opportunity for women to stand out and secure an internship with Atlassian, along with a potential pre-placement offer after the completion of the internship.

Eligibility:

Women students pursuing B.E., B.Tech, or Dual degrees (B.Tech + M.Tech only) in the following branches: Computer Science Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Mathematics and Computing, and Engineering Physics. A minimum CGPA of 7 or above is required. Applicants must not have any current/active backlogs. Applicants who have participated in any Atlassian online assessment or interview process in the last 6 months are not eligible to apply for this role.

Interview Process:

Round 1 - HackerRank Assessment: In this round, there are 2 or 3 coding questions of medium difficulty level (similar to Leetcode).

Round 2 - Coding Interview Round: In this round, the interviewer asks 2 coding questions and sometimes computer fundamental-based questions from topics like OOP, DBMS, Operating Systems, Computer Networks, etc.

Round 3 - Leadership and Values Round: This is the final round of the interview process, where the interviewer asks about yourself, your work, experiences, or projects, etc.

Thank You!
