Axtria Interview Experience for Analyst

I appeared for Axtria for the position of Analyst through their on-campus drive. A little about Axtria, it is a US-based life science and data science company that is actively hiring for entry-level jobs and growing exponentially. I appeared for the Axtria test + interview in August 2022 through college placement for an Analyst role. Total 2 rounds were conducted. The whole procedure was in virtual mode.

 Eligibility :

• M.tech/M.Sc. CS/IT/IE/Math/Stats/OR/AI/DS graduate from 2022 or 2023 batch
• Academic criteria (10th - 80%, 12th - 70%, Graduation - 60%)

 Round 1 - Aptitude Test

The aptitude round consisted of multiple sections:

• Verbal
• Quantitative
• Logical
• Problem-solving

 Round 2 - Tech Round

In this round, the interviewer asked me about

• My introduction
• Some basic statistics Question
• One Puzzle
• Very little about my projects from my CV

 Round 3- Tech/HR round

In this round, there were two interviewers one from the Tech team and the other was HR. Question asked where

• My introduction
• Some questions from my project from CV
• My family background
• Future plans and further HR questions
