It was an on-campus drive specifically for females. My resume was shortlisted for this position at Airtel.

Round 1: Online Assessment

The first round in the process was an online assessment, which majorly focused on a candidate's thinking ability, problem-solving skills, and so on. The round was a gamified assessment. I successfully cleared this round and moved to the technical interview.

Round 2: Technical Interview

• My interview was scheduled for 15 minutes and was conducted by an experienced employee of Airtel.
• He introduced himself and his company. After this, he asked me to introduce myself and the technologies I am familiar with.
• Afterwards, he scanned my resume thoroughly and asked me about my internship experiences, my projects, and my achievements.
• He also covered some basic questions on Cloud and Cyber security. Also, he asked me why I wanted to enter the information security field.
• The interview was of easy level, and I successfully cleared this round.

Round 3: HR Round

In this round, basic HR questions were asked like where you see yourself after 5 years, what you know about Airtel and why you want to join Airtel. They judged my communication skills and the confidence I carry.

Overall, the experience was good, and the interviews were easy.
