Overview of Interview Process:
Deloitte USI came in our college in the month of September for hiring. The interview process is as follows-
First Round(Online Assessment)
The first round was the online assessment round in which 65 MCQs were there (Programming, Reasoning) along with 2 easy-medium level coding questions. The duration to complete the assessment was 90 minutes. A total of 100 students were selected from our college for the technical interview round.
Technical Round
- The duration for the technical round was 30 minutes for all the students.
- The mode of interview is virtual.
- Majorly, they focused on DSA, your approach to solving real-life problems and SQL queries.
The questions that were asked to me were Difference between SQL and NoSQL, Medium level DSA question and some OOPS concept.
- Interview Tip: Be Confident and focus on your communication skills.
HR Round
The HR round was taken by the manager of the company.
- The duration for HR round was of 15 mins for all the students.
- The mode of interview is virtual.
- In HR, they focused on what you have written in your resume and discussed about all my projects, what was my role and some behavioral questions.
- Interview Tip: Be Confident, focus on your communication skills and be real with your resume.
- We got the results after few hours of HR round.
