On-campus opportunity with Deloitte. CTC: 7.6 Lakhs.

Process included:

Online Assessment:

5 sections, including 4 multiple-choice question (MCQ) sections such as Quant, Verbal, etc., and one coding section with 2 easy questions. One question was converting inches to centimeters, and the other was Kadane's algorithm. Moderate level questions but some sections have very less time. Know which Q to answer and which question to guess.

Communication Assessment:

The Pearson Verbal Round included tasks like repeating sentences, answering short questions, retelling stories, and open-ended questions.

Tip: Write down the major characters and events of the story on paper to help recall. Other questions are straightforward; just be patient, listen carefully, and answer accordingly.

Only 25 candidates passed the communication round.

HR Interview:

• Introduction
• Strengths and weaknesses
• Career objectives and 5-year goals
• Other places you've applied
• Qualities of a leader, etc.

Technical Round:

• SQL, Primary Key, Foreign Key, and Index
• Difference between == and === in JavaScript
• Live coding: Merging 2 linked lists in a sorted manner

Puzzle: You have 3 bags—one containing only red balls, one with only blue balls, and one with a mix. All the bags are labeled incorrectly. Which one bag would you open to correctly label all the bags?

Final Round:

• Introduction
• Technology stack you use
• DBMS, Views
• Trees
• Live coding: Tree traversal
• Interests, etc.

Verdict: Not selected. 4 candidates were selected out of 9-12 who reached the final round.

All rounds were virtual at Home.
