Ford Motor Company Interview Experience

Round 1 - After registering via superset and in the Ford India Website there was resume shortlisting for appearing in this round. After getting shortlisted, round 1 was conducted via HirePro. The test covered various topics like verbal & logical reasoning, Quantitative aptitude, basic OOPs, SQL and a little bit of programming questions. Got selected into the next round.

Round 2 ( Interview Round ) - There was only one interview round. It was an online interview. Two interviewers were present, one of them was HR and another one was a Technical Expert.

Initially, they started off by discussing my resume and my intern experience. Later a few basic questions about OOPs and easy to medium-level problems based on Strings, Linked Lists, and Heaps were given to solve.

After solving those problems, there were questions on the projects listed on my resume and also about the project that I worked on with my professor. Later we discussed various Cloud technologies.

The interview concluded after a series of HR questions. Like Can you work on different technologies inside Ford? and Why should we hire you? etc.

Test results were announced 3 days after the interview & I Got selected.

Small suggestions:

• Put on a smile and stay calm during the entire interview and tell them every possible approach that you have thought of for programming problems.
• Brush up your resume and have a clear idea about your projects and experiences (if any).
• Keep everything handy, instead of rushing for them mid interview. Be confident and stay positive.
