We got the official notification from our college and the whole process was taken on the Superset Platform. My journey with Hexaware started on the 13th of August 2024 when our college sent the notification of Hexaware and the eligible list of Students for Hexaware Technologies. I have shared my experience and key takeaways.

I was one of the eligible person at Hexaware Technologies.

They conducted 5 rounds of interview (3 rounds for GET + 2 rounds for PGET) which are given below:

  • Round 1: Online Aptitude + Domain test (Pseudocode + Computer Fundamentals)
  • Round 2: Group Discussions
  • Round 3: HR Discussions
  • Round 4: Coding assessment
  • Round 5: EC Interview

I will tell the each round round in the detail below.

Round 1 : Online Aptitude + Domain Test (90 mins):

I had the first round on 29.08.2024 where online aptitude and Domain test. I took the test on Superset platform in association Cocubes platform. In the online aptitude we had the all the questions combination of Quants, Logical reasoning and English. In the Quants the question difficulty was Easy to moderate level some of question was the given as the direct formula application here. Pseudocode was very simple logic and some questions were the Bit Manipulation based questions was also asked and we can able to manage this by basic knowledge of the Bit Manipulation.

In our college around 430 students were eligible and 242 was selected and I was the one of them.

Round 2: Group Discussion

Hexaware team visited our college on 10.09.2024 for conducting the group discussion in our college. There were around the 16 group for the with 15 to 16 members each. The topic of the GD is based upon the HR's decision. For me my HR was very friendly where he has asked to choose our own topics.
Note: The topic was both the General and technical.

Some of the topics are listed below which were asked in our college GD:

  • Impact of AI in employements (This was asked for me).
  • Is the Deadline is good or not for the enhancing the productivity.
  • Hard work vs Smart work.
  • City Life vs Village Life.

In our college from 242 students they selected around 75 students were selected for HR Interview. I was one of them.

Round 3: HR Discussion

I got a mail from hexaware that my interview was scheduled on 16th September 2024 which was on online. They took the HR discussion on the superset platform it was around 10 -20 mins for me. The HR was very friendly and asked some of the basic questions. Some questions asked are given below:

  • Introduce yourself.
  • Are you willing to relocate?
  • Tell about the company.
  • Where you will be in 5 years from now?
  • Do you know about the service agreement?

This was the end of GET role interview where among 75 students 43 students were offered for the GET role. I also offered for the GET role initially.

Round 4: Coding assessment (40mins)

I had the coding assessment 21.10.2024. I had the coding assessment on Superset platform in the association of Cocubes. They provided to choose any language out of C/C++/Java/Python. We can able to choose our convenient language. I preferred Java to code since I am good at it. There were 2 questions which was easy to medium level. Out of 43 candidates 24 students were selected for this round.

Question asked for me is given below:

1. Odd or even Sequence Check.

A sequence is only deemed exceptional if it does not contain any neighboring numbers that together comprise either both odd or even integers. You are given T test cases, and an array array of size N is handed to you for each test case. Each test case should output "YES" if the sequence is unique, and "NO" otherwise.

Input :

1 4 1 4 2 8

Output:

True

2. Find total of array if minimum number and its adjacent number is removed.

You are presented with an array of N numbers. The number itself and its surrounding elements are removed each time the array's minimal value is chosen. Until the array is completely empty of integers, this operation is repeated. It is your responsibility to determine and output the sum of the minimal numbers being removed from the array.

Input:

7 6 4 9 10 34 56 54

Output

68

In our college 24 attended and 13 students were selected for the next round of EC interview. I was one of them.

Round 5: EC Interview

I had my EC interview on 24.12.2024. The EC interview means effective communication interview where I had the both the general and the technical questions. For me they took 25 mins to complete the whole interview process. The interview was scheduled in the superset platform. Some of the questions asked are given below.
