JSW STEEL Company Interview Experience for Graduate Engineer Trainee

ROLE: GRADUATE ENGINEER TRAINEE

PACKAGE: 5 LPA

ROUND-1 ONLINE TEST:-

The First Round comprises 45 questions and it takes 60 minutes of time duration. The questions came from Quants , Logical , verbal and Domain Based Questions[ECE]. All Questions are very easy to answer and it takes less time to complete the assessment. I have attended the online test on 19th November 2022. It is an Elimination Round and On Campus Drive Recruitment.

ROUND-2 GROUP DISCUSSION:-

After Completing Round -1 the next Round was a Group Discussion the topic was How to handle time management while doing work and was an Interesting topic for all to talk about a Group Activity with eight members in a panel member and it took 15 minutes of time duration. It is an Elimination Round and I attended the group discussion on 6th December 2022.

ROUND-3 PERSONAL INTERVIEW:-

After Completing the Group Discussion The next thing is the Personal Interview in an interview they asked about your self-introduction, work location relocation, Family Background, onboarding stages, and upcoming Joining information asked in the interview. I attended the Interview on 7th November 2022 and it was Elimination Round
