LTI Mindtree conducted a Campus Placement Drive at Graphic Era University.

Details were as follows:

B-Tech (All Streams), M-Tech (All Streams) & MCA 2025 passing out batch only.

10th- 60%, 12th- 60%, B-Tech/Graduation- 60%, MCA/M-tech- 60%.

No Backlogs Allowed

Not more than 2 years of academic gap allowed.

Graduate Engineer Trainee

INR 4,05,233 per annum

Hiring & Selection Process:

• Profile Screening
• Online Assessment: Aptitude, Communication & Technical Assessment
• Panel Interview: Technical & HR Interview

Before the commencement of any process LTI Mindtree conducted a Virtual Pre Placement Talk on 6th September 2024.

Round 1: Written Round

Logical Ability for 20 minutes.

Quantitative Ability for 20 minutes.

Technical & Computer Programming for 35 minutes.

Communication Assessments for 20 minutes.

This Round had a difficulty level of Easy to Medium also the Elimination Round.

Round 2: Technical Interview :

Shortlisted Students from the first Round were passed to Technical Interview.

My technical interview was scheduled for 11 Oct 2024.

The Interviewer was very kind. He continued by giving his introduction first then asked for my short introduction. After Introduction He asked me Technical Questions as given below :

• Tell me about the tech that you have worked on.
• What are your recent projects.
• Then he dived deeper into my projects.
• Can you demonstrate me the project that you have made? (The interview was online so I demonstrated my project to him)
• What is UI/UX designing?
• Have you had any industrial experience?
• What did you learn from your internship?
• What technology fascinates you the most and Why?
• What do you do in your free time?
• What content do you make on YouTube and why you chose it? (I told in my introduction that I do content creation)
• Any Questions for me?

The interview was about 20-25 minutes long.

Round 3: HR Interview

All Students Who had Clear the Technical Interview were passed to HR Interview .

My HR interview was scheduled for 15 Oct 2024.

This is the final Round of the Selection Process basically checks the Communication skills and Personality of the Individual. In this Round Questions asked are given below :

• Introduce yourself.
• Then she asked me why I decided to take admission in Graphic Era University.
• What is success to me?
• What is the difference between a team and a group?
• If you are in a dispute with one of your colleague or manager then how will you deal with that situation.
• Are you willing to relocate?
• Any Questions for me?
  

The interview was about 15-25 minutes long.

She wishes me Good Luck.

Yesterday, November 4, 2024, was unforgettable—I got my results, and guess what? My name was right there on the list of selected students! I MADE IT! And you will too! Just keep confidence and stay positive.

VERDICT: SELECTED

The overall Difficulty level of the Selection Process was Easy to Moderate.

Make Sure you have a good command of the following :

1. One Programming Language.
2. Basics of Data Structures and Algorithms, OOPS, DBMS,CN.
3. Prepare well everything written on your resume and be confident.
