I recently had the opportunity to interview with Netomi, a leading provider of AI-powered customer service solutions. The interview process consisted of 5 rounds and I was impressed with how thorough and professional it was.
Round 1: Screening Round
The first round was a screening round conducted by a Talent Acquisition representative. They reviewed my resume and asked initial questions about my experience and interest in the role. The recruiter also provided an overview of the company and its culture.
Round 2: Technical Interview(Machine Coding)
The second round was a technical interview that focused on Data Structures and Algorithms and Java Technical questions.

Round 3: Technical Interview on Java, Design Patterns, REST API, and Basic System Design

Finally, they asked me to write tables for an E-commerce website like Amazon and brainstormed on how to handle multi-level product categories.
Round 4: Managerial Round
The fourth round was a managerial round where the interviewer asked me about my previous organization, my strengths, and my ability to work day and night shifts. They also asked me to choose whether I was more comfortable working on Frontend or Backend.
Round 5: HR Round
The final round was an HR round where the interviewer discussed the company, its mission, and its culture. They also asked me about my reasons for wanting to join Netomi and my salary expectations.
Overall, my experience interviewing with Netomi was extremely positive. The interview process was challenging, but also very rewarding. I particularly appreciated the flexibility and professionalism displayed by Talent Acquisition.The recruiter was amazing throughout the entire process. Additionally, I was impressed with the thoroughness of the interview process, which demonstrated Netomi's commitment to finding the right fit for both the candidate and the company.
