Post-Interview Reflections:
- Company Culture Insights: Both panelists were calm and approachable. The atmosphere felt more like a conversation than a formal interrogation. Supportive energy throughout.

- Benefits Highlight: On-site work culture discussed. Location preferences considered but not guaranteed.
- Evaluator Feedback: TR seemed satisfied with technical answers. MR was probing but fair — tested composure more than knowledge.
- Suggestions for Improvement: The wait time before panel assignment was around an hour. Better time slot management could help reduce candidate anxiety.

Closing Note:
Overall a really positive experience for a fresher. The panel was genuine and made me feel comfortable. Got Ninja instead of Digital which was unexpected, but it's still a foot in the door. Not giving up on the Digital goal yet.
