Hello everyone,
After reading numerous reviews about different companies, I would like to share my interview experience at Tech Mahindra for the Associate Software Engineer position. I hope this information will be helpful for others.
The interview was conducted off-campus in Hyderabad and began with a pre-placement talk, which provided valuable insights into the interview process.
The online test consisted of 130 questions divided into six sections, each with its individual cut-off. The exact cut-offs were not disclosed, but I can confirm there was no negative marking and no sectional time limit. The sections included:

Some of the topics included:
In this round, focusing on speed and grammar was crucial. Out of the 58 students from the previous round, 38 cleared this stage.
If you qualify for the first two rounds and possess basic knowledge of your technical subjects along with good communication skills, you have a strong chance of succeeding. In my technical interview, I faced the following questions:
Additionally, I was given a problem involving series and another question related to profit and loss. The last question addressed challenges I faced during my B.Tech studies, aside from academics.
After thanking me, the interviewer called me for the HR round about 10 minutes later.
The HR interview felt more like a casual conversation. Since it was around 7 PM, three students were interviewed simultaneously. The HR representative asked questions such as:
In the end, 30 students were selected, and I was thrilled to be one of them. This was my first job offer!
Based on my experience, here are some tips:
All the best to everyone preparing for their interviews!
