Tech Mahindra Interview Experience | Pool Campus |(2024)

Online Assessment and Technical Round:

• It was a pool campus drive that happened in our college(JSPM's RSCOE, Pune).
• The package was 3.25 LPA.
• In the online test there were 7 sections consisting of aptitude, verbal, reasoning, essay writing, etc.
• The students who cleared this test were selected for the technical round which has technical mcqs on SQL, OS, CN, and 2 coding questions and it was conducted on the same day.
• coding questions were very easy: first question was find area of a triangle, given base and height and second question was print the maximum element from the array.

Technical Interview:

• The interview was conducted in the Tech Mahindra office in Pune.
• Questions asked:
  • Introduce yourself
  • I had mentioned, I have 1200+ rating on chess.com, so the interviewer asked, will you play chess game with V. Anand if you get chance ?
  • Give some examples of AI ?
  • What is HTML ?
  • Types of lists in HTML, heading tags in HTML.
  • What is the use of "===" operator in java ?
  • Do you have any questions ?
• This interview went for 25 minutes.

HR Interview:

• The students selected from Technical Interview were selected for HR interview on the same day and interview happened after 15 mintues of completion of technical interview.
• This round was just to check the candidate is interested in the company or not ?
• Questions asked:
  • Introduce yourself.
  • Tell me about your family background ?
  • Are you ready to relocate ?
  • Are you ready to work in any shifts ?
  • How long you will work in our company ?
  • Any Question if you have ?
• This interview went for 10 minutes.
