The Wipro SIM (School for IT Infrastructure Management) Program is a unique initiative designed exclusively for diploma holders, allowing them to work while pursuing a sponsored higher education degree. After completing all rounds, I received a document verification email within 1.5 weeks. Shortly after, I received my selection letter for the Scholar Trainee position.
