XYZ Company Interview Experience for Data Scientist Analyst Intern

First Round: Technical Skills Test
Focus Areas: SQL, Data Visualization, Machine Learning Algorithms
Experience: In this round, we were given A4 sheets of paper, and there were 8 candidates in a single room. The questions were displayed on a projector, and we had to answer a total of 10 questions within a 15-minute timeframe. The questions included both practical problems and conceptual questions. To prepare, I reviewed SQL queries, practiced data visualization techniques, and revisited key machine learning algorithms. One challenge I faced was managing my time effectively, as the questions required quick thinking and concise answers.

Second Round: Project Discussion
Focus Areas: Your past projects and approach explanations
Experience: During this round, I presented my projects, emphasizing key points such as the methodologies used and the outcomes achieved. I justified my decisions by discussing the impact of my work and how it aligned with the project goals. They asked insightful questions that prompted me to reflect more deeply on my work, particularly regarding the challenges I encountered and how I overcame them.
