ZS Associates visited our campus to hire for the full-time role in July-August. The Role was Business technology Solution associate (BTSA).
Eligibility:
There were 4 rounds in total, each of them held virtually online on the Mettle platform with each of them being eliminatory.
Initially, we were asked to register on the superset platform where the last round of technical interview was taken.
All rounds were completed within a month and the results were announced the very next day after the last round.
Around 175 eligible students were registered for the drive.
It consisted of 6 sections, each having some specific amount of questions and sectional timing for each of them. Total around 55 Qs in about an hour.
24 students were shortlisted after this round. Keep in mind that each section has its own cutoff time. Be fast and accurate, and don't waste time on lengthy problems.
Below is the description of the assessment to be completed within an hour:
22 students out of 24 were shortlisted after this round. This round is easy and only those who would have faced technical issues or had very very poor verbal skills were eliminated. So keep your network connections, audio/video input/outputs intact.
This round comprised of 3 sections to be completed within 65 minutes:
Overall an easy to medium-level assessment. Try to solve every question correctly as fast as possible. I know people who wronged even a single question or someone who answered everything correctly but took 60+ minutes to be rejected.
Only 6 students out of 22 were selected after this round.
Here is a full overview of how my interview went
He didn't ask me any Guesstimate or Puzzle but be prepared for them. Ensure a stable internet connection and remain calm. The interviewer was super chill and if your concepts are clear you do not have to worry about anything, politely refuse if you do not know any answer instead of speaking gibberish.
In the end, 5 out of 6 students were offered the role and I was one of them.
