ZS Associates Interview Experience for DAA (On-Campus) 2023

The process started on the 10th of Oct. Non-circuit branches were allowed for DAA roles. I applied on 11th of Oct.
Aptitude test (13th Oct): 60 mins test, sections like Attention to details, basic aptitude questions, PnC, counting a number of shapes, Two large numerical type questions with many ambiguous data, etc difficulty level is easy but time constraints.
Verbal assessment (18th Oct): for the people who cleared round 1. 60 mins, read the sentences, listen, and then answer questions. Speak on a topic (basically some questions) for 1 minute, and a 200-word essay at the end (my topic was Media and social development, time limit of 10 min).
Unstructured Case round (19th Oct, 7:00-8:00 AM): 1 hr long, a business case study problem with many related questions.
Interview (case+HR) (19th Oct, 10:30-11:10 AM):
First 15 mins we discussed case study round questions,
Then he started asking me questions about my internship (4-5 questions).
later he asked me basic HR questions: What do I mean by quality?
what do I mean by allyship?
tell me a time you worked with multiple teams to solve a problem.
tell me sometime you faced a deadline for a project etc.
In the end, he gave me a puzzle: Tower of Hanoi which was easy since n=3, I solved it and he asked what if n was a large number. (2^n - 1). It ended on a good note, he asked me if I had some questions for him and later answered my question with a lot of interest which gave me a hint my interview went well.
