jQuery Mobile Slider start Event

jQuery Mobile is a web-based technology used to make responsive content that can be accessed on all smartphones, tablets, and desktops.

In this article, we will be using the jQuery Mobile Slider start event to trigger the initial interaction with the slider. 

• Callback Parameter: The callback function accepts the event parameter of Event type and ui of the object type. The ui object can be empty but used for consistency with other events.

Syntax:

Initialize the slider with the start callback specified:

$( ".selector" ).slider({
 start: function( event, ui ) {}
});

Bind an event listener to the slidestart event:

$( ".selector" ).on( "slidestart", function( event, ui ) {} );
