From facilities across Wisconsin, Grande manufactures several lines of trademark-quality cheese for the finest pizzerias and restaurants. We also provide specialty whey products to international food-and-beverage manufacturers which uniquely improves the taste, texture, and nutrition of their products.

How we go about the creation of our world-class cheese and whey products is as crucial to us as the end product. In short, we go to great lengths to operate in a socially responsible way. Our commitment to trademark-quality cheese and specialty whey begins at the farm. Grande procures the highest quality milk from dedicated Wisconsin and Illinois dairy producers. Our staff veterinarians and producer services team partner with our Producers to enhance the quality of the milk and optimize cow comfort and care on the farm.
