Local fix
Do not use Concurrent Scavenger by excluding -Xgc:concurrentScavenge option

Problem conclusion
Handling of JNI Weak Global References Table elements has been fixed for case of Concurrent Scavenger . This APAR will be fixed in the following Java Releases: 8 SR5 FP7 (8.0.5.7) .
