Local fix

Problem summary

• Hardware acceleration for certain cryptographic methods was
  inadvertently turned off in Java 8.0.5.15 (SR5 FP15). The
  methods are used for Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC), and
  Cipher Block Chaining (CBC). A significant performance
  regression can be seen in suites which
  use these algorithms.
  

Problem conclusion

• Hardware acceleration for these particular methods was
  re-enabled.
