• Error Message: A 0C4 abend is raised by the JIT compile with the
  following output

  Note: vmState may differ

  TR::CompilationInfoPerThreadBase::compile
  .
  This problem only affects Java on z/OS
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• An xlC compiler issue was exposed by JIT compiler code causing a
  calculation to be incorrect when a function was inlined
  resulting in an abend. This is detailed by:

Problem conclusion

• The problematic function is prevented from being inlined. This
  is fixed by:
  https://github.com/eclipse/omr/pull/3085
