Local fix

• Switch to English locale before running keytool -list command
  

Problem summary

• Swedish translation files used by keytool had message formatting
  values translated from English to Swedish in error.
  

Problem conclusion

• Swedish translation file Resources_sv.java was updated to
  prevent the "unknown format type" error.
