Problem summary

• During initialization, IBMCAC throws a provider exception with
  error message, "The IBMCAC provider may have been tampered
  with", because the internal IBMCAC.java certificate doesn't
  match the one in the ibmcac.jar MANIFEST.MF file.
  

Problem conclusion

• Updated IBMCAC.java self-verification cert to match the one for
  ibmprovider5.
  The associated Hursley RTC Problem Report is 139916
  The associated Austin CMVC defect is 117990
  The fix was delivered for:
