Local fix

• This issue can be worked around by disabling high-word register
  support in the JIT via the
  -Xjit:disableHighWordRA,disableHPRSpill,disableHPRUpgrade
  option.
  

Problem summary

• The JIT compiler's register allocator has generated an incorrect
  sequence of instructions using high-word registers.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem has been fixed by removing the problematic feature
  from the JIT.
