Problem summary
When using an SSL server socket java only disables ciphers specified in jdk.tls.disabledAlgorithms if you use the SSL_ name. When the TLS_ name is specified the cipher is not disabled even though the java.security file gives an example cipher using a TLS_ name- that doesn't works.
Problem conclusion
Corrected the java.security file on all platforms to not include the TLS_ example until the IBM TLS 1.3 code is delivered. . This APAR will be fixed in the following Java Releases: 8 SR6 FP11 (8.0.6.11) . Contact your IBM Product's Service Team for these Service Refreshes and Fix Packs.
