Convert properties file to ASCII encoding via native2ascii command
Problem summary
By APAR IJ28981, Java handled LF and NL characters as line separator for properties files. It was not good for ISO8859-1 encoding.
Problem conclusion
Java handles LF and NL characters as line separators only if properties files are encoded by EBCDIC. . This APAR will be fixed in the following Java Releases: 8 SR6 FP35 (8.0.6.35) .
