Problem summary

• The problem is caused by a code issue in related to recreation
  of a class with local type annotation.
  

Problem conclusion

• The JVM has been updated to prevent the crash from occurring
  when trying to recreate a class with local type annotation.
  .

   8 SR6 FP35 (8.0.6.35)
