Local fix

• The issue can be worked around by adding the following JVM
  option:
  -Xgc:hierarchicalScanOrdering
  

Problem summary

• The problem is caused because the GC scavenger scan ordering is
  not defined when -XXgc:stdSplitFreeListSplitAmount is used.
  

Problem conclusion

• The JVM has been updated to so that the GC scavenger scan
  ordering option is properly defined.
